Cancellation Policy
100% of your scheduled services will be charged as a cancellation fee should you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or No-Show. We understand things happen unexpectedly sometimes- If you need to reschedule, please cancel your appointments as promptly as possible to avoid fees. Thank you!
*In the event that our cancellation policy is enforced and a card declines, you’ll be instructed on different ways to deliver payment. Payment MUST be received in order to re-book at The Babe Cave. If the payment is not received by the end of the working day, you will be removed from our system and unable to book any future appointments.
*A partial cancellation fee or deposit may apply on color services canceling up to 48 hours in advance depending on short notice (extension services) and/or frequent cancellation history.
